After years of frustration at the time spent preparing the same flipcharts over and over again for train the trainer, staff and management development workshops, we decided there must be a better way. This better way, it was obvious, was to prepare the flips and have them printed in large format.
In the process, we also realised there was an opportunity to produce professional, meaningful posters for peripheral learning to be placed around the training environment.
After producing these flips for use in our own training and facilitation sessions, the feedback from participants was very positive, many asking where they could get them. It seemed only logical to respond to this feedback by making the flips available to others.
